All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery of merchandise to customer.

If your item is damaged in transit, please refuse delivery. If the item has been delivered damaged, please be sure to thoroughly photograph the packaging and contact the delivery company to file a claim immediately and then notify Facility Werx Inc.

Written authorization must be obtained from Facility Werx Inc before any merchandise may be returned.

Email us at cs@facilitywerx.com, or submit your request through our Get In Touch page (within 5 days of receiving the merchandise) for a return authorization or for resolution for a defective item.

Food, Beverages, Medications, First Aid Items, Clearance Items, Overstock Items, Sold-As-Used Items, Special Order Items, Non-Stock Items, Customized Items and any Sanitation Related items including, but not limited to, restroom paper supplies, soaps, sanitizers, disinfectants, disposable gloves and face masks, may not be returned for credit or refund. Special Order Items and Non-Stock Items cannot be cancelled or returned for credit or refund.

Merchandise must be in original packaging. Freight on all returns must be prepaid by customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

A refund will be issued on authorized returns (after they have been received, inspected and determined to be received in good condition) for the item's price and applicable sales tax only, minus the 15% restocking fee. We are unable to refund the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer, nor the return shipping cost.
